Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Piscator website,
purchasing tickets to a pop-up event, ordering merchandise, or booking a private or catering
event with Piscator LLC ("Piscator," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, reserving a
spot at an event, or making a purchase, you ("you," "guest," or "customer") agree to be bound
by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Piscator
Piscator LLC is a seafood pop-up dining concept based in Brooklyn, New York, offering ticketed
pop-up dinners, private events, catering, and branded merchandise. Pop-up reservations are
managed through our ticketing partner, Hotplate, and merchandise purchases are processed
through our online store, powered by Shopify.

2. Pop-Up Reservations & Ticketing
2.1 Reservations. Seats or spots at Piscator pop-up events are reserved through Hotplate or
other designated ticketing platforms. A confirmed reservation is only guaranteed upon receipt of
full payment, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
2.2 Pricing. Menu items, ticket prices, and event availability are subject to change without
notice due to seasonal ingredient availability, market pricing, and demand.
2.3 Cancellations & Refunds. Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking:
● Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled pickup time may be eligible
for a refund, at Piscator's discretion.
● Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time, and
no-shows, are not eligible for a refund, as ingredients (including whole fish) are
purchased and prepared in advance based on confirmed headcount.
● Any approved refund will not include payment processing fees, which are
non-refundable.

● Piscator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to weather, venue
availability, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, guests will
be offered a refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
2.4 Arrival & Timing. Pop-up service is timed to ensure food is served fresh off the grill. Late
arrivals may result in a shortened experience, adjusted seating, or forfeiture of your reservation
without refund, at our discretion.
2.5 Early Access. From time to time, Piscator may offer early or priority access to returning
guests or SMS/email subscribers. Eligibility for early access is determined by Piscator and may
change at any time.

3. Food, Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
3.1 Piscator prepares whole fish and shared seafood dishes in an open, live-fire kitchen
environment that may also handle shellfish, tree nuts, dairy, gluten, and other common
allergens.
3.2 It is the guest's responsibility to inform us of any food allergies, sensitivities, or
dietary restrictions in advance of the event. While we will make reasonable efforts to
accommodate such requests, Piscator cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment and is
not liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from food consumed at our events.
3.3 Guests with severe or life-threatening allergies should contact us directly before booking at
nypiscator@gmail.com to discuss whether we can safely accommodate their needs.

4. Private Events & Catering
4.1 Private event and catering bookings are subject to a separate written proposal, quote, or
agreement provided by Piscator, which will outline pricing, deposit requirements, cancellation
terms, and service details specific to that event.
4.2 A non-refundable deposit may be required to hold a private event date. Final headcount,
menu selections, and balance payments are typically due in advance of the event, as specified
in your individual event agreement.
4.3 Venue access, permits, equipment, and any required licenses for off-site private events are
the responsibility of the client unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
4.4 In the event of client-side cancellation, refund eligibility will follow the terms set out in the
individual event agreement.

5. Merchandise & Online Store
5.1 Merchandise (including apparel and seasoning products) is sold through our online store,
operated via Shopify. All purchases are subject to product availability.
5.2 Payment. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (including major credit
cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay). All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not
include applicable sales tax or shipping, which will be calculated at checkout.
5.3 Shipping. Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience only and are not
guaranteed. Piscator is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
5.4 Returns & Exchanges. Please contact us at nypiscator@gmail.com within 14 days of
delivery if you have an issue with a merchandise order. Food and seasoning products are
non-returnable once opened, for safety reasons, unless defective.
5.5 Product Use. Seasoning and food products sold by Piscator should be stored and used
according to any instructions provided on the packaging. Piscator is not liable for misuse or
improper storage by the customer.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on this website — including the Piscator name, logo, photography, recipes, text,
and graphics — is the property of Piscator LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S.
copyright and trademark law.
6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website for
commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct
By using our website or attending our events, you agree not to:
● Violate any applicable law or regulation;
● Harass, threaten, or behave abusively toward Piscator staff, other guests, or venue
partners;
● Resell tickets or reservations without our express permission;

● Use our website to transmit harmful code or attempt unauthorized access to our
systems.
Piscator reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest from an event, without refund,
for conduct that is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Piscator LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors
shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from
your use of our website, attendance at an event, or purchase of a product, including but not
limited to foodborne illness (except where caused by our gross negligence), personal injury at
outdoor or open-flame cooking setups, or loss of enjoyment. Your attendance at any live-fire
cooking event is at your own risk, and we ask all guests to exercise reasonable caution around
grilling and cooking equipment.

9. Photography & Media
Piscator may photograph or film pop-up events and private events for promotional and
marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to the possible use of your likeness in such
materials unless you notify us in advance in writing that you do not wish to be photographed or
filmed.

10. Changes to These Terms
Piscator reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted
on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after
changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of
law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be
resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York.
