Hi, I'm Mason and I started Piscator.

Grilled branzino and shared seafood is a means to show love and bring people together, but, I found the ways in which we dine with seafood don't always exhibit this. High costs, stuffy places, and individual plates butchered beyond recognition don't drive us inward, they draw us outward. Piscator is an ode to how I believe seafood should be enjoyed - slowly, intentionally, and in a casual, familiar place.
